Our pricing model is structured based on your partnership tier. Referral partners earn a standard 10-15% commission on closed deals. Reseller and Strategic partners benefit from wholesale discounts up to 35%+, allowing you to set your own margins when bundling our platform with your native services.

We offer a comprehensive enablement programme that includes full technical onboarding, guided sales training, and access to a dedicated demo environment. Resellers and Strategic partners also gain access to certification tracks and co-branded marketing materials to accelerate go-to-market efforts.

We do not require exclusivity for our Referral or standard Reseller tiers. You are free to offer complimentary or competing products. However, Strategic partnerships may include mutually beneficial territory or vertical-specific exclusivity agreements, which are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Referral partners have zero minimum commitments or quotas. To maintain Reseller status, we require a minimum of 5 closed deals annually. Strategic partners operate under custom-negotiated Joint Business Plans (JBP) with specific annual revenue targets.

Support scales dynamically with your partnership tier. All partners receive standard helpdesk access. Resellers are assigned a dedicated Channel Manager and priority routing. Strategic partners receive 24/7 VIP Engineering Support and an Executive Sponsor for high-level technical alignment.
